This basic guide found on the Living Soul leaflet, gives you an introduction and example of the Self Empowerment Journey, with step by step instructions on how to use it in your life situation today. To gain a full in-depth understanding of how to apply the SEJ we recommend attending a SEJ training event, meeting or booking a Living Soul consultation.

2. Contact a Living Soul Consultant

Book an appointment with a Living Soul Consultants that specialises in the SEJ or attend a SEJ Meeting. 

3. Attend SEJ Training

SEJ training provides an introduction on how to use the Self Empowerment Journey and apply it to your life; training comes through attending the SEJ Meetings or book to attend a one day event.
